Terms and Conditions
1. Application
1.1
The venue can be rented by
individuals, organizations or companies.
1.2
Application form is
available at our homepage.
1.3
Reservation should be made
at least 7 days in advance prior to the renting
date.
1.4
Once the reservation has
been confirmed, notification will be made by
phone or e-mail, together with the invoice.
1.5
Venue is only available
for renting from 13:30 – 21:00 daily.
1.6
At least two continuous
hours are required for each reservation.
1.7
Amendments or cancellation should be made 72
hours in advance prior to the renting date, or
100% penalty maybe applied.
2. Payment
2.1
The hotel accepts these
methods of payment: Cash, Transfer or Credit
Card.
Bank Account (Bank of China): 012-724-10017-009
2.2
Full payment should be
made 72 hours prior to the renting date. Please
forward the receipt to us either by fax or
e-mail.
2.3
While the payment was
overdue, the hotel will cancel the reservation
automatically without notice.
3. Guidelines
3.1
No third parties are
allowed to use the venue without the approval of
the hotel. The hotel has the right to terminate
the rental service immediately without
compensation.
3.2
The venue only allows
activities that have declared at the application
form otherwise, the hotel has the right to
terminate the rental service immediately without
compensation.
3.3
The hotel will not take
any responsibility to all the activities that
hold by the users.
3.4
Users are fully liable for
any accident resulting in injuries, loss or
damage during the rental period.
3.5
Without the permissions of
the hotel, users are not allowed to use any
other facilities within the hotel area.
3.6
Contraband, dangerous
articles or obscene and indecent articles are
not permitted in the hotel area.
3.7
Smoking is not allowed
within the hotel area.
3.8
Any kind of gambling is
not permitted within the hotel area.
3.9
Users are responsible for
the venue and its facilities. Penalties are
applied when any of it was damaged.
3.10
Any disturbance that
affecting others causes by the users, the hotel
has the right to terminate the rental service
immediately without compensation.
3.11
The venue should be
restored to the hotel on time and should be
cleaned proper otherwise, the hotel has the
right to ask for additional charges for hygienic
reason.
3.12 Use of
venue in excess of 15 minutes after the end of
the renting will be charged as one extra hour.
4. Others
4.1
Evergreen Hotel (Hong
Kong) reserves the right to amend these terms
and conditions without prior notice.
4.2 In case
of disputes, decision of Evergreen Hotel (Hong
Kong) shall be final and conclusive.
